Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags are still securely attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
